Softbody
The shape of the so-called “soft bodies” can change, meaning that the relative distance of two points on the object is not fixed. While the relative distances of points are not fixed, the body is expected to retain its shape to some degree.
F1 Safety Car
Mercedes-AMG will use the most powerful and fastest Official FIA F1 Safety Car of all time from the 2018’s Formula 1 season. We are honored that our team member had a rare opportunity to be a member of the team which worked on this amazing beast. As a designer at Mercedes-AMG, one of the tasks was to design the graphics and the decals for the brand new official Safety and Medical car.

They had enough of being tied to things, stretched above great depths, pulled by huge forces.They decided it was time to set themselves loose. It started with the shoelaces and only with a handful of casualties, mostly falling down on stairs.

The Pick of the Day is a 1965 Ford Mustang GT fastback that stands out simply because it looks so great, with performance to back up its sporty look; it’s powered by a Hi-Po 289cid V8 with a 4-barrel carb, its 270 horsepower fed through a 4-speed manual transmission and 3.5:1 rear end.
Fabric Flow
Soft, textile pieces floating through space. Wrinkled, wrapped and twisted by the will of their creators, to make them the right fit for the desired atmosphere.

Sky2Go
This airborne autonomous drone comes from the near future, where air travel is widely used due to the super dense urban areas. This meant saving space was especially important with this aircraft. To address this, a foldable propulsion system was designed with hubless rotor blades.

This silver arrow shoots out from one corner to the next with blistering speeds, whether it is on asphalt or rough terrain. Adaptation for the mixed track surfaces were key elements in the design process, just like the incorporation of the Mercedes-Benz design language.

Superb grip, lightweight chassis, tons of downforce and immense power of the electrical motors are the key ingredients in this true track focused race machine. To help less experienced drivers also wield this high performance car, it features an Augmented Reality cockpit. This can project all the important infos on the track, including racing line, braking points and last lap mistakes to avoid. If you feel good enough, you can also set the system to let you race against the biggest legends in motorsport.
Digital planet
The program was set to simulate arid places. No one from the research team was prepared to see these results. They were stunned to see this much variety in the possible outcomes the next day.
